ArcelorMittal Jubail is a state-of- art facility designed to produce Seamless Pipes .The plant capacity is 600,000 tons per year. About two thirds of its capacity will be used for tubes in the oil industry while the remainder is in sizes ranging from four inches to 16 inches.
